Tip:
The overhead is such a fun shot to hit, but often overlooked and under practiced. How many times have you seen your students play a great point coming in but miss an easy overhead? We’ve all been there.
The overhead needs to part of every practice along with the volleys, even if it’s only for a few minutes. Some of your players might prefer to focus on the groundstrokes and serves throughout lessons; however, the net game should not be neglected.
