Description:
USPTA Professional Mark Bey offers a few key tips on hitting a successful return of serve. He demonstrates proper posture, turning and loading the outside leg, as well as weight transfer.

Tip:

We all know how important the return is. When you are the receiver, the point will not start if you don’t get the return in. And, if your return is poor, the opponent will take control of the point and eventually hurt you. Half of the points in a match begin with your return.

This week’s tip features USPTA Professional Mark Bey sharing some ideas on how to hit a successful return. These points may be applied to both forehand and backhand returns. Check out what he has to say!

Spend time with your players practicing this shot. Improving the return of serve will pay big dividends!
