Tip:

Tracking, hand eye coordination, reaction and good reflexes are a few of the many skills required in tennis.

This week’s tip highlights USPTA Professional and fitness expert Adam Brewer with a drill that combines all of the skills mentioned above. The exercise involves six players who quickly throw several large balls to each other in a particular pattern. The drill starts with one ball and more balls are added as the drill is performed.

This exercise is exciting and fun. It can be used in the warm-up or at the end of practice. Try it with your players in your next practice!
