Scott McCulloch: Is a native of Sydney, Australia and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Scott was a nationally ranked junior player and also started teaching during his junior career and has over 25 years of teaching experience of all ages and abilities. Scott is the Chief Operating Officer at Cliff Drysdale Management and oversees the daily operations for more than 65 clubs in the CDT and PBI portfolio including programming, creating short and long-term operational strategies and implementation, pro-development, and most importantly, supporting HQ, directors, and associates in the CDT and PBI club portfolio. Additionally, Scott is regarded as one of the tennis industry pioneers in today’s tennis climate specializing in all aspects of tennis management operations and serves on the USTA national committee for adult social play.
Dr. Jim Loehr: Is the co-founder of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, which helped train and inspire more than 250,000 business, sports, medicine, and military leaders worldwide. He is a world-renowned performance psychologist, researcher, and author of 17 books including his most recent, Leading with Character, and the national bestseller The Power of Full Engagement. Dr. Loehr holds a masters and doctorate in psychology and is a full member of the American Psychological Association.
Dr. Erin Boynton: Is an Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in identification and prevention of wear and tear injuries. She graduated from the University of Toronto Orthopaedic Program in 1992 and subsequently attended UCLA for a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery. She was the first woman to work as team physician in both Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League. Dr. Boynton has been the Medical Director for the WTA tour event in Toronto for the past 20 years and was awarded the Irving Glick Award of Excellence in 2017 for her work. Dr. Boynton has a passion for tennis and wants to keep as many players as possible doing what they love to do on court injury free.
Chanda Rubin: Is a former American tennis player, Olympian, and founder of the Chanda Rubin Foundation, which provides a funding source for scholarships for deserving youths. Winning seven WTA Tour singles titles, she reached her highest ranking of world No. 6 on April 8, 1996, after reaching the semifinals at the 1996 Australian Open. Rubin achieved a career-high ranking of No. 9 in doubles, winning the Australian Open in 1996 with Arantxa Sánchez Vicario. She is also a three-time Grand Slam singles quarterfinalist, having reached that stage at the French Open in 1995, 2000 and 2003.
After her playing days, Rubin served three terms as a director-at-large on the USTA Board of Directors and also went back to school, earning a bachelor’s degree cum laude from Harvard. Currently, Chanda is a Tennis Channel commentator.
Tracy Almeda-Singian: Is the Global Head of Marketing & Branding for Talent Acquisition at Citi and former Director of Product Marketing for the NBA team, New Orleans Pelicans. As an Athlete Marketing Manager for Red Bull for five years, she worked with athletes such as NBA All-Star Anthony Davis, MLB All-Star Evan Longoria, and many more.
Prior to her time at Red Bull, Tracy led Wilson Sporting Goods to be the first brand in the tennis industry on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat and established over a 500k social reach. Also, during her tenure at Wilson, she won a NATAS Emmy as a Producer for Wilson’s Brand Anthem.
As a former WTA Tour player, Tournament Director of the USTA Pro Circuit Challenger in Indian Harbour Beach, 2005-2006 & 2007-2008 USPTA Florida District Pro of the Year and US National Team member, Tracy has spent her life in tennis and loves sharing marketing best practices with the forward thinkers of today’s game.
Dr. Jack Groppel: Is an internationally recognized authority and pioneer in the science of human performance and Co-Chair of the Global Alliance for Health & Performance. Dr. Groppel currently serves on an academic appointment as Professor of Kinesiology & Community Health at the University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign and served as an Adjunct Professor of Management at the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University for several years. Dr. Groppel has addressed the issue of worksite wellness and performance at such policy events as the United Nations Side Event for Physical Activity and Non-Communicable Disease, a U.S. Congressional Briefing on Worksite Health Promotion, and represented the worksite wellness industry at the historic Surgeon General’s Call to Action on Walking and Walkable Communities. Dr. Groppel is also the Co-Founder of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute along with Dr. Jim Loehr.
Tim Mattek: Is Founder and CEO of Complete Performance. Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the tennis industry, as a parent, performance coach, and development specialist. He has worked with hundreds of athlete of all levels and ages, including his daughter and WTA professional Bethanie Mattek-Sands. Currently he supports athletes and parents full-time inside the CP Portal, an off-court virtual mental training academy, as a Performance Coach and Mental Tool Creator.
