Love it…my thoughts exactly. I’ve used the “3 Firsts” as my mantra since my junior days. What I have always said is if you make the first of everything you hit…you will come out on top majority of the time.

Enjoyed the pointers to use with my team tennis ladies. Seeing this video brought back memories of Dave Porter as my USPTA tester 21 years ago in Hawaii at the Hilton Turtle Bay resort on the north shore of Oahu.
