This is a groundstroke drill with a specific focus on hitting loop groundstrokes. Loop groundstrokes can be used to get a player out of a defensive position or force opponents to hit short, allowing a player to take control of a point. The idea is to force a short loop that players can take out of the air as they sneak up to the net and take time away from their opponents. Players can play a swing volley or traditional volley as they sneak in.
