This clip defines scalability and demonstrates how any drill can be scaled depending on the level of player. Factors that can be modified to scale a drill are speed, height, spin, depth, direction and frequency. Emilio Sanchez shows how this is done by performing the same drill with an elite player, a competitive junior player, a developing junior, a senior club player and a child.
