Tip:

The net game is so much fun when you have good volleys, especially when you have the proper technique and footwork. Many players focus on the hand and racquet, but they forget about the footwork and the body support that comes with it. We’ve all seen our players reach, lunge or wait for the ball to come to them instead of moving to the ball for a clean contact.

This week we have former top 100 ATP player and USPTA Elite Professional Jeff Salzentein with a quick tip that will improve your footwork and contact on the volleys.
