What is tennis about?

Description:
Wayne Bryan discusses the importance of incorporating the element of fun into a player’s practice session so that he or she will continue enjoying the sport and want to learn more.

Tip:

Like any other sport, becoming a great tennis player requires many hours of practice and devotion. However, an important ingredient that should not be left out is fun. Tennis can become boring and unenjoyable if players don’t have fun. When we speak about fun, it doesn’t mean that a player should be laughing and joking around on the tennis court and not being serious. An enjoyable and exciting atmosphere must be created in all aspects and levels of learning, training and playing. Kids who have fun learn faster and enjoy the game more, which helps keep them interested in playing.

Making tennis fun for kids and adults will get more people playing this great game!
